| Sweden has introduced special
food labelling to improve consumer awareness of healthy eating. The Green-Keyhole
label, which began in 1989, is used to identify fat-reduced and high fibre
foods.
In 2002 The Swedish Council on Technology Assessment in Health Care published a scientific review on methods to prevent and treat obesity. |
